It is so difficult watching your babies grow up, spread their wings and fly away. Probably the hardest thing any parent faces is letting their young fly the nest. Are we vain to think them the most beautiful, the smartest, the best? My little girl married two years ago (and like all five of her siblings, is my most beautiful, smartest and favorite child V), and I still find it so hard to believe. The temptation to phone daily and ask "hows things" is hard to resist but part of life. I miss and love you, with all my heart Jenny!! Call me when you get a chance!

Jen's hair was slowly turning dark anyhow lol...it was inevitable. Admittedly, it surprised me. Jenny was born a brunette, but her hair turned blonde the summer she turned one and was sorely teased about it by her older towheaded siblings. So she swore she would never let her hair go dark. Either way, she's a cutie in this mom's eyes.

I am so amazed at how much Jenny has changed over the recent years. From a chubby, semi clumsy little girl to a classy and very elegant young lady. Is it this way with all our children?

Jenny's job takes her all over the states to give interviews (she's a survey taker of sorts), and today, she had an interview with Sitting Bulls' 80 year old great, great, great niece! How cool is that!!!
