Another cool photo of those rocks. Those plants at the bottom look like sage bushes. Whatever they are, they provide a nice contrast.

They are sage bushes. This area gets a decent amount of water, so the sage is much larger than found on the east side of Nevada. Thumbs up

The aroma of sage is so much better too. I've been cooking with it lol...its much tastier than store bought!

Sage does add a distinct flavor, even the store bought. So I can imagine what the fresh kind does!
