Bonnie, a lab/pit mix

Two weeks ago, a neighbor heard about a lady who was going to ditch this pup in the desert, so we went and got her. Can you imagine? In the desert, where she would likely be dinner to coyotes! She still had milk teeth, so am guessing she is about 3 to 4 months old.

It breaks my heart the way some people treat their pets...especially because most pets have unconditional love for their masters. Thanks, Badger, for caring. How ANYONE could do that to this little puppy is beyond me. Sad

I'm finding that it happens here more than other places, likely due to a higher than average immigrant count (much of it illegal), a failry dense population and the warmer climate in this area.
