Ruffling
Usually, you never pair larger birds with small, but they all need a flock of sorts. Because Ick is young, and I don't have young birds near the same size, I thought adding a small but mature bird as her cage mate just might work. At first, Goldie fluffed up her feathers to make herself look much larger, while Ick took on the "chick" pose (ruffled neck feathers), and begged with infantile chirps. Wallah! Goldie was smitten!
