I grew up in the 60's...buy the time i was 18 and went into the service my hair was so long i could sit on it...i've been looking for pictures of me back then but can't find them.

Hi Mary, had a heart attack, late 2017, got stents (4) shoved in, been better since but had a bit of down time waiting, back fully working but my wings been clipped for a while, I hope you are good x

Not exercising so much, put weight on with drugs, doing my best to get fitness back but this winter is too cold to get enthused, wishing it would come to a close soon

It's been a struggle here but there is light (pun intended lol) at the end of the tunnel. I may even be able to drive within a five mile radius of my home by this fall. Crossed Fingers
