I am Derek McGill I was born 15 June 1957, I am addicted to playing Chess, I learnt watching my Grandfather playing my father and two brothers playing when I was five years old, I did not play in a club untill the Bobby Fisher boom in 1972, when my local club reformed after it had lost there equipment and playing room in a bombing in 1965.
