You don't need to make a meld. Whenever you have the tile you need to lay them down, you may.

Did you draw? Did you discard?

I cannot make a meld, Cannot use the discard, how do I save the move, make a move or do anything? I cannot get off the screen no matter what I do. I keep sending a message to my opponent, but she'll never see it if I can't send it. How do I send it?
