President Donald Trump took to Twitter Tuesday morning to blast CNN for the publication of a Russia-related article that was later retracted.

The story, published last Thursday, reported that Congress was investigating President Donald Trump associate Anthony Scaramucci's ties to a Russian investment fund.

In the retraction, the network said the story “did not meet CNN’s editorial standards.”

CNN has accepted the resignations of three journalists involved in the publication of the article, and it is now requiring approval from two top editors before any Russia-related story can be published

Judge Jeanine Pirro said on "Hannity" tonight that Hillary Clinton should be in jail, not running for president of the United States.

"You do not have the right to violate the law, put the security of this nation in jeopardy, lie to the American people about it over and over again, meet with the FBI - where all the rules are thrown to the wind - and then say to the American people, 'I should be your president,'" Judge Jeanine said.

She noted that there's unrest in the country regarding race and law enforcement, with many claiming there is a system of justice for white people and a different one for black people.

"I see two systems, [one] where people have power and money, and then the ordinary America, irrespective of their color."

Sean Hannity said that if he did the things Clinton did, he would be indicted.

Judge Jeanine agreed and said that Donald Trump must bring this up at the next presidential debate and "prosecute" Clinton.

"No more Mr. Nice Guy, no more 'Chelsea was in the audience.' That's hogwash," Judge Jeanine said.

She added that Trump must get out what the Department of Justice and the FBI are unwilling to say - that the whole purpose of Clinton's private email server was to cover up the pay-to-play scheme surrounding the Clinton Foundation.

Rudy Giuliani says that if he were still a federal attorney, he would open an investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

He explained that money being given to the foundation in exchange for favors from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's State Department could constitute racketeering.

"You have tapes that they were hiding that show that millions of dollars were given to Clinton Foundation, and the State Department did favors for those people that they knew had given millions of dollars," Giuliani said. "That’s called illegal, it's called criminal."

He said that's "classic pay-to-play," declaring the Clinton Foundation a "corrupt organization."

Chuck Norris has written an op-ed in support of Donald Trump, saying a "no" vote for Trump is a vote for Hillary Clinton, and she's counting on that.

Norris said he met Trump 42 years ago when Norris was retiring as World Martial Arts Champion.

"The promoters made a big deal about my retirement," he wrote. "Donald was there as a special guest."

"When I met him, he asked me why I was retiring. I answered, 'Donald, I’m 34 years old, and I’ve held the world title for six years. I want to retire a winner.'

"Donald thought for a second, and then said, 'That makes sense to me.'

"That was it. I haven’t seen or spoken to him since. However, I will tell you, I liked him. He was very friendly and sincere.

The former New York mayor thanked all of the country's police officers for keeping America safe, regardless of race, gender, creed or sexual orientation.

"When they come to save your life, they don't ask if you are black or white, they just come to save you!" Giuliani said.

At least three law enforcement officers were killed and three others injured in a shooting Sunday in Baton Rouge, officials said.

Judge Jeanine Pirro told Harris Faulkner this afternoon that the terrible attack is another reminder that law enforcement officers are now targets.

"With five cops shot in Dallas and now three in Baton Rouge, it is an attempt at anarchy," Judge Jeanine said. "My fear is that the attempt to kill cops - and the killing of cops - is now becoming normalized. It's now becoming legitimized."

She said that it all starts at the top with President Obama, who all too often sides with criminals and anti-police activists instead of law enforcement.

"The police officers - as everyone has said - are one line of defense between a civilized society and anarchy."

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn sounded off on the terror attack in Nice, France, tonight, saying that he wants to see Muslim leaders take a stand against "this radical form of this ideology in their bloodstream and declare that this thing cannot exist on this planet."

The former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency said he doesn't know who exactly carried out the attack, but said there's a lot of "chatter" by jihadist soldiers praising what happened.

"I want these leaders in this Muslim world that have this radical Islamic ideology festering, metastasizing, to stand up, and stand up tonight and be counted, and say something to condemn this attack that we have just seen."

Flynn said "we have not set up an international set of strategic objectives to go after this very vicious, very barbaric enemy."

The Mexican president again declared this weekend that his country will not be paying for a wall along its border with the United States.

"There is no way to have Mexico pay ... but any decisions inside [the] United States is a decision of its government," Enrique Peña Nieto told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria in an interview.

"There is no way that Mexico can pay [for] a wall like that."

Nieto said that he believes prosperity and security for the United States are linked to prosperity and security in Mexico.

"This is what we have built," he said, calling the two nations strategic partners in maintaining security in North America.

Nieto also said he would work with Trump if the billionaire becomes president.

"We are very respectful to whomever is elected. We want to build a positive and constructive relation among Mexico and to whomever becomes president of United States," he said.

Trump's vow to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border to curb drug trafficking and illegal immigration has become a cornerstone of his campaign.

Responding in March to similar comments from former Mexican President Vicente Fox, Trump told Sean Hannity that there are "many different ways" to get Mexico to pay for the wall.

Donald Trump and Ruth Bader Ginsburg are both doubling down in their fiery war of words.

In recent days, Ginsburg has been an outspoken critic of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, calling him out in interviews with CNN and The New York Times.

"I can't imagine what this place would be - I can't imagine what the country would be - with Donald Trump as our president," she told the Times in an interview published Monday. "For the country, it could be four years. For the Court, it could be - I don't even want to contemplate that."

Following FBI director Jim Comey's announcement that no charges will be filed against Hillary Clinton for her private email server, House Republicans are proposing a bill that would remove her security clearance.

Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) explained on "Fox and Friends" this morning that Comey said Clinton exercised "extreme carelessness" in her handling of classified information.

He said that's why he and his colleagues introduced the bill, which says, "If you exercise extreme carelessness - rather than gross negligence - your security clearance will be revoked or any application will be denied."

"I think it sends a strong message out there to the community who do hold security clearances as to what the standard really is," McCaul said.

He pointed out that if Clinton was still with the State Department, the discussion would be about her possible termination from her post, not her coronation as the Democratic presidential nominee.

"She compromised - as the FBI director said - possibly some of the top most sensitive programs in the federal government," McCaul said. "So you have the top diplomat possibly compromising classified information to our top adversaries. I find that deeply disturbing. It is, with my judgment, gross negligence. And I think she put national security at stake here."

He said this is just more evidence that the Clintons believe the law doesn't apply to them, which is why they're trying to make a statement with this bill.

"This is not fair to the other people in the intelligence community that have security clearances that play by the rules and that she violates them in an extreme, careless and, I think, gross negligence way and somehow gets away with it."
