The start date will be Mon 31.Jan.

Only players whose tournament rating for Fives and Threes is 1500 or below may sign up.
This is to encourage players who feel that they are not very strong at the game to participate with a chance of winning first place.
Starting now, there will be one under-1500 tournament every month.
