It is with sad news that MSN is closing all of their groups. This means that GoldToken's MSN Group is closing down. We have decided to switch our downtime announcements to GoldToken's Beta site at http://beta.goldtoken.com, shall the main site go down for any reason. Players that have a Gold or Platinum membership will be able to obtain more information by logging into the Beta site. But those who do not will find site updates listed on the beta login page. We may opt to open a public chat on GoldToken's beta server for possible downtimes, but the specifics have yet to be decided. It would be wise to play it safe and save the beta URL in your browser favorites should GoldToken's squirrels get lazy and we suffer any down time.

Three years ago my husband found this site as I was driving him mad wanting to play backgammon and scrabble all the time. I was on long term sick leave with a number of problems and awaiting some big operations. I found doing my medication each day while playing here made it seem much nicer ( a spoonful of GoldToken helps the medicine go down ). Playing helped to ease the nerves before the operations too. Along the way I have made some amazing friends, too many to list here, and they have made me laugh so much.

GoldToken is a really warm place with brilliant games and lovely people. It has brought me much more than just entertainment, and kept me sane too. I'm now over most of that and back at work feeling so much better. However, GoldToken is still a place I come to when I want to relax and have fun with friends.
