I'm trying to make Christmas club tournaments for 2 of my clubs, but when I click create club tournament it keeps telling me that it can't because the club's already got 2 tournaments on the go from last month, what can I do?

In the tournament https://www.goldtoken.com/games/tournaments?st=182125 Why does Acedog who was =16th / 29 players get a token ?, If it is because he got a bye in the last round then the coding needs to be changed.
